What makes a car new?
We bought a car with 30,000 miles on it (Florida). There's a charge that says Lemon - Law - Warranty Enforcement Act (new cars only) of almost $800.
I am guessing a car with 30k miles is definitely used. We did buy the total loss insurance. But I didn't notice (new cars only) part until now. Is this how it works?
