When I bought a car, am I protected?

The first is when there's a remnant left on the vehicle manufacturer to buy from youthe car with less than 36,000 miles on it (or whatever under the warranty, where the vehicle is listed).
The second is whether the vehicle used as a "Certified Used Car" is considered by the manufacturer and comes with a shorter warranty. And the third is, in fact, if the original owner or you purchase an extended warranty that the car is protected for a longer period.
What if I do not have a guarantee, I'm still protected?
While you will not be protected under the lemonOn the right you can file civil action if you are a victim of fraud. For example, you may take appropriate legal action if you had the car for you, was sold without full disclosure of prior extensive mechanical problems, if the car had failed the odometer rolled back fraudulent, you were sold a rental or police car, the car was stolen or robbed, or if the vehicle was in a flood, and this information agreed not to you before the purchase transaction confidential.
Can I still get myMoney back?
Proving a lemon lawsuit is difficult. You need an ongoing and documented record of the repairs that go far beyond typical standards. As a rule â€" and this will depend on the state â€" the same problem serious safety defects or defects would have solved several times within a certain period.
