2008-07-02 Even though it had a bunch of cosmetic damages, I received it anyway. I did note the damage on the carrier's receipt. I bought it from PowerSportsMax.com aka Deeal, Inc., in California and was shipped to Florida. I settled on a $180 damage credit to my credit card from Joshua at PSM, but never received it. After all the crap I have been through with the unit over the last 18 months, I should have rejected it on site. Hindsight.... Looking to see if Lemon Law applies because of all the repairs and down time. We'll see what happens. See my other videos on this bike...
