I have heard there is an Oregon Law stating only natural parents may be referred to as "mother" or "father" (or their equivalents) but have been unable to find such a thing in the Oregon Revised Statutes. The only thing I have found is mention of it regularly being in divorce decrees. Has anybody out there heard of an actual law explaining this?
