The Republican Party "gets it." On March 20, 2012, in Senate District 25, precinct delegates voted for a Resolution stating that aggrieved homeowners should not be constrained by Pre-Dispute Binding Arbitration Clauses which take away their Constitutional right to a trial for compensation when harmed by shoddy construction companies.
