Black Expo 2009 is the largest African American event in Northern California. It is an event that is designed to promote African American economic development. This event featured hundreds of exhibitors, live entertainment, delicious food, and free consumer information. Awards and tributes were presented to local community leaders to honor them for their service. DCAs Arbitration Certification Program served up information on their lemon law program and provided general protection information to consumers. .
