I'm a little confused. I know what lemon zest is. I use the tool to get the zest from the outside of the lemon and it's all yellow and no white, but I see recipes that call for grated lemon peel and grated lemon rind. Please tell me the difference. I want to make a lemon supreme pie jsut like the one Baker's Square has.
