My daughter-in-law bought a used Tahoe in Minnesota and at the used car dealers lot,the window would not roll up, the gentleman said that it was just froze.It did roll up before we left.Now 2 weeks after it was purchased,she needs a motor for the window,also it needs points and plugs and a new alternator.My question is,does the seller at the lot have to be liable for these and does Mn have a law that states that a buyer has 30 days after purchase to take these issues to the seller?
