1. Pennsylvania Lemon Law applies to all new vehicles purchased in the state of Pennsylvania. The vehiclemust have a Pennsylvania license plate.
2. The Pennsylvania Lemon Law applies only to vehicles which are bought for personal or family use. Vehicles purchased for commercial purposes are covered by the Pennsylvania Lemon Law.

4. Pennsylvania Lemon Law states that all repairs must be carried out particularly defective vehicles specified by the vehicle manufacturers in 12,000 miles or 12 months after purchase or the time of the original warranty period. All repairs must be borne by the manufacturer.
5. The Pennsylvania Lemon Law gives the manufacturer a total of 3 ways to fix the vehicle. If all of these experiments suggested, or if your car has to be repair of more than 30 days, the Pennsylvania Lemon Law requires manufacturers to provide you with a prorated refund based on your mileage, or enter a replacement vehicle of comparable value.
6. Under Pennsylvania Lemon Law, you must be your car repaired at an authorized service center. Vehicles, which was repaired on unauthorized transactions, is not covered by the Pennsylvania Lemon Law.
7. Pennsylvania> Lemon Law states that the cost for repairs and towing will be borne by the manufacturer.
8. Pennsylvania Lemon Law does not apply to defects resulting from negligence of the owner or the misuse of the vehicle.
