i bought a car with an as is statement. It broke down the first week i got it, and the dealership took it back saying they were going to pay for it. They gave it back to me and it has broken down 3 more times since then, can i use the lemon law in this situation? If not is there any other legal remedies available to me that i can get out of this junker?
