My car needs a new water pump I think because the temp gauge goes way up sometimes when I come to a stop.
I can't afford to replace it since it might cost around $500. so I'll need to sell it.
Do I have to tell the buyer of my car (if I choose to sell it) that I think it needs a new water pump? I live in Washington State and I know we do have lemon laws, but I think that only pertains to used car dealerships. Is that true?
