Lemon Law for Electronics?

Is there a lemon law for electronics (like laptops)? I have a Toshiba laptop that has had countless problems, but it's less than 3 years old. Thanks.
My warranty was extended because of a lawsuit (I was not involved) until November of this year. In the summer of 2006, the DC jack broke, and the motherboard was replaced 4 times (no charge) because of a faulty part, then the cooling fan was replaced ($70), and before that, I've had the hard drive and optical drive screw up, but they've fixed themselves. The final motherboard put in was believed to have worked, but then about a month ago, it just refused to work. I'm really angry considering the age of the laptop and the fact that Toshiba is supposed to be really reliable. (By the way, it's a Satellite M35X-S109). I hope this helps.
