Where I work two men are doing the same work but are getting different amounts of pay. I have researched equal pay laws but everything I've found says that to file a claim it must be a man and woman, not two men. Is there a law that protects equal pay for equal work for two men?
That's why I asked--the man with more experience is getting paid less-- a lot less-And I was wondering if that was ok.
