I recently bought a 2004 Chevy Malibu from a dealership with a very good reputation in my area. It only has 38,000 miles on it and I am having problem after problem. It has been back to the dealerships service department 3 times already. Everytime I take it in they tell me they can't find anything wrong. I have to take it back and insist that something is wrong and they magically find the problem. The rack and pinion steering went out, now I have an oil leak. Do I have any legal rights, or am I just stuck with this piece of junk? I haven't even had this car 30 days yet.
